José Coubles is the Chief Executive Officer at ABIDE, with over 20 years of leadership experience across various industries. He has a strong background in driving transformational growth and optimizing business processes. Previously, as the North American Head of Implementation at Yooz Inc., José spearheaded high-impact initiatives and cultivated relationships with enterprise-level clients. He holds an MBA in Executive Leadership from St. John Fisher College and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the State University of New York College at Brockport. Known for a service-oriented approach and commitment to developing people, José is dedicated to driving ABIDE's success and fostering a collaborative environment.
NATASHA BROWN

Natasha Brown is a forward-thinking executive, innovator, and strategist with nearly two decades of experience driving transformation across financial technology and enterprise operations. As the creator of ABIDE FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS, a powerful cloud-based software solution, she has pioneered a platform that reimagines how organizations manage their most critical financial processes. ABIDE integrates automation, intelligence, and scalability to give executives real-time visibility into cash flow, collections, payables, and forecasting—empowering leaders to make faster, more informed decisions while streamlining operations at every level.
In her role as Chief Operating Officer, Natasha has combined her deep expertise in project management, ERP integrations, and business process optimization to build a solution that is not only technologically advanced but also practical and client-centered. Her work continues to push the boundaries of financial automation, delivering measurable impact and long-term value for organizations navigating today’s competitive and fast-changing business landscape.
JEMIEL McKISSICK
Founder, PRESIDENT & CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Jemiel McKissick is an accomplished sales executive with over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Currently serving as the Head of Sales for Automotive and Heavy Trucking industries at Yooz Inc. since July 2018. Jemiel has been instrumental in driving new business and managing an extensive account base in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Prior to this role, Jemiel excelled as a Software Licensing Executive at Zones, where he established new business and maintained strong client relationships for nearly seven years. Jemiel's career began at Insight as an Inside Software Sales Rep, where they managed a diverse client base across multiple time zones. With a background in Mass Communication and Media Studies from the University of New Orleans and Grambling State University, Jemiel brings a unique blend of communication skills and technical expertise to ABIDE.

Kristin brings over 20 years of expertise in creative strategy, campaign execution, and audience engagement. She is a former CMO, seasoned consultant, and brand architect with extensive experience in field and event marketing. Kristin has designed and delivered large-scale programs that balance operational discipline with emotional impact, consistently driving measurable business results across multiple industries. Known for her visionary leadership and strategic foresight, she excels at crafting cohesive brand narratives that resonate deeply and inspire decisive action.
Kristin holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas and a Professional Degree in Screenwriting from UCLA. At ABIDE, she is committed to the principle that when business leaders operate with clarity and control, they strengthen their teams, their culture, and the communities they serve.
